At 8:30 am or 2:00 pm, our knowledgeable tour guide will meet you at Lac Thien Restaurant– 06 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Thuong Tu Gate, Hue Citadel. Our local guide will welcome you will a lovely smile and introduce you about the formation of the Nguyen Dynasty as well as the reasons why Emperor Gia Long, the founder chose Hue to be the capital in 1802.
We will walk through the Thuong Tu Gate- one of the 10 gates of the Hue Imperial Citadel- the first section known as the protecting area of the complex. Our excellent tour guide will show you the Nine Holy Cannons, Hue Flag Tower, and the Noon Gate (Ngo Mon Gate).
